Cancellation & Refund Guidelines

1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

KingdomLikes believes in helping its customers and providing exceptional service. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase for any reason, or if you haven't used your purchased virtual points, your purchase is covered by our liberal 30-day money-back guarantee.

To request a refund, simply contact our Customer Service Team through our contact form or send an email to admin@kingdomlikes.com within thirty (30) days of your purchase. Please include your order number and optionally tell us why you’re requesting a refund. We take customer feedback very seriously and use it to constantly improve our quality of service.

2. Digital Services & Order Cancellation

Because our platform provides digital services and virtual points that are credited to your account dashboard almost immediately upon payment confirmation, traditional "shipping" cancellations do not apply.

  • If your points have not yet been used or spent on campaigns, we will cheerfully issue a full refund of the unspent balance.
  • If you have already consumed a portion of the points to run campaigns, we reserve the right to issue a partial refund corresponding to the remaining unused points.

3. Cryptocurrency & Blockchain Terms

Important

Due to the technical nature of blockchain transactions, all refunds are subject to the following:

  • Fiat Value Peg: Refunds will be calculated based on the USD (fiat) value of the transaction at the exact time of the original purchase, regardless of cryptocurrency price fluctuations.
  • Network Fees (Gas): Blockchain networks charge irreversible transaction fees. When issuing a crypto refund, the network fee required to send the funds back to your wallet will be deducted from the total refund amount.
  • Verification: Refunds can only be sent back to the exact cryptocurrency address from which the original payment was made, or to a verified wallet provided by the user via our official support email.
  • Minimum Refund Amount: Due to network costs, the minimum amount eligible for a cryptocurrency refund is $10.00 USD.

4. Processing Time

For fiat (credit/debit card) transactions, please note that while we process your refund within 3 days, it may take your bank an additional 5 to 10 business days to reflect the funds on your account statement. (Please note that while we initiate the refund within 3 days, blockchain confirmations may take additional time depending on network congestion).
